Roll Call - Everyone (IFV, PAIF, SAIF) please come in!

Hello lovely ladies,

I know this time of the year is extra hard on us so I am starting this off by sending EVERYONE hugs and love and most of all prayers. If I had my wish - we would all have our take home babies.

Please check in here and let us know how you are doing or what is up. Even if you don't have anything new to report - just come on in for a super big hug and a prayer for a great 2013. A lot of women here have been on my mind constantly and I wish I could make it all better. I won't call out anyone in particular because I want you all to post what you feel you can but I want you all to know that I am thinking about you.

IVF #1 September 2011 - ER 9/8/2011- 8R, 5M - icsi - 1 made it to transfer - BFFN :-(
IVF #2 Lucky November 2011 - ER 11/25/2011 - 15 eggs!, 13 mature, 10 fertilized with isci - 7 made it to transfer! Transferred 1 - 8 cell and 2 - 7 cell. BFP!!!!

I love hugs... here is one back at you and everyone who needs one.  I am so looking forward to 2013.  I usually don't like odd numbered years.... but 2010 ended with a miscarriage and mid 2012 had another miscarriage... with a BFN in between, then a terrible 4th ivf cycle... so I'm thinking 2013 has got to be the year for us...  McIrish...  praying this is it for you!

We found out that our donor has been having issues with her menstrual cycle.  She apparently went to her own physician who ran blood work which uncovered “hormonal issues”.  She has an appointment with our RE tomorrow so hopefully we will get the full story but things are not looking good at this point.  I am hoping it is just a cyst from her last cycle but to be honest I am thinking that she will be out for a while.  We are/were really attached to this donor and both DH and I are feeling so beaten.  We actually found her last May before we decided to cycle again with my OE, so she has been “it” in our minds for a long time.     


I hope that in 2013 we will all be lucky enough to get out of this nasty IF purgatory!  Hugs to everyone!!!

I completely get you not be excited.  You have been though a lot this year and I know I would have the same out look if I was in the same place.  FX that 2013 is a good year on all fronts for you! (((Huge hugs)))

BIg hugs to you Rachel, and everyone else. I haven't been on the board much lately. We had our FET last Friday and beta is on 12/23 (although I will probably test before then). This is our last shot and honestly I'm just ready for it to be over one way or another. I have already made the mental shift to adoption so in some ways I am prepared with a plan in place. Of course, I don't really want to go through a long and possibly heartbreaking adoption process either, and I can't say for sure how I'll feel about a BFN or another loss. But I'm ready to get my body and my life back in 2013. 13 is DH's lucky number so maybe that means something?

Hugs to all, Merry Chrismaka! I took my first Humira shot yesterday and have major jet lag for some reason I feel like a zombie. I am trying to lose at least 10 pounds before we do the IUI at Beg of Feb and praying that all the treatment is ticking away in my body. I don't like odd numbers but the even years have never been great so 2013 here we come!

This is year is MUCH better than last (where SIL was PG w/twins and we had to cater her every need). I digress. It is nice not see a PG family member this year.

My MIL is still as annoying as ever and keeps saying, "oh I just want more grandchildren" blah blah blah

 

I will be drinking my way through the holidays again. Cheers! Drinks

Great big ((HUGS)) to everyone on here too.  I went through 3 years of unexplained IF and got pg by IUI.  My DD just turned 1 last month and now we're trying to figure out if/when we want more kids  She was born with a birth defect, so I want to get tested to see if it's genetic and then we'll see where we go from here.  For now, I'm just enjoying watching her meet all her milestones in her own way.

Hello everyone.  I've been really quiet. I switched RE's, although I knew I was PCOS, I am insulin resistant and I produce a high amount of Prolactin.  I am now on Metformin and bromocriptine.  

 Hopefully will start BCP's for IVF #3 in January. We are changing protocols and am going to be on an antagonist protocol.

 Good luck to everyone in 2013.

I know this time of the year is extra hard on us so I am starting this off by sending EVERYONE hugs and love and most of all prayers. If I had my wish - we would all have our take home babies.

Please check in here and let us know how you are doing or what is up. Even if you don't have anything new to report - just come on in for a super big hug and a prayer for a great 2013. A lot of women here have been on my mind constantly and I wish I could make it all better. I won't call out anyone in particular because I want you all to post what you feel you can but I want you all to know that I am thinking about you.

IVF #2 Lucky November 2011 - ER 11/25/2011 - 15 eggs!, 13 mature, 10 fertilized with isci - 7 made it to transfer! Transferred 1 - 8 cell and 2 - 7 cell. BFP!!!!
1st U/S - Twins! 2nd U/S - 3 heartbeats!!! - HOLY COW!!!

2 babies born on 3/27/12 and lost. Last baby born on 3/29/12 and lost at 20 weeks.
My angels grew wings shortly after birth.

A giant hug right back at you. My new donor got her AF and I start lupron on 1/2. I am sooo NOT excited. It has been a bad 2012 for me and not just on the IF front. Just ready for this year to end! 

I think IF just numbs us to everything. My Fx for the upcoming cycle for you!

BIg hugs to you Rachel, and everyone else. I haven't been on the board much lately. We had our FET last Friday and beta is on 12/23 (although I will probably test before then). This is our last shot and honestly I'm just ready for it to be over one way or another. I have already made the mental shift to adoption so in some ways I am prepared with a plan in place. Of course, I don't really want to go through a long and possibly heartbreaking adoption process either, and I can't say for sure how I'll feel about a BFN or another loss. But I'm ready to get my body and my life back in 2013. 13 is DH's lucky number so maybe that means something?

So good to see updates from everyone. We are doing well. S is 7 weeks old already and I absolutely love being home with her. Headed back to work on Jan 6 and we just hired a nanny yesterday. She'll be coming part time the next couple weeks so I can walk her through stuff, and so I can see her around the baby, which will hopefully make me feel better leaving her here.
2/11 Diagnosis: DOR-AMH .62, LPD and MFI-4% Morph
IVF #1-July 2011 7/9/11-Started Stims
7/20/11-ER:No eggs in 4/5 follicles. Left the 5th follie intact and converted to an IUI
8/3/11-Beta #1=BFN,
Nov, 2011 BFP #1=m/c at 7 wks 3 days
11/11-AMH .47, IVF #2 March 2012...or not!! Surprise BFP on 2/19. Beta #1=161. Beta #2 305 Our little miracle girl is on her way! Due Oct 29, 2012

Coming out of the woodwork to say hi and send a big hug to all of you ladies!!!!

Like some kind of amnesia patient I've been getting weird little memories of this time last year... realized I was cycling for IVF2, and was the first xfer of 2012 at my clinic.  I sure thought this holiday would be very different than it is!   But I also looked over at my cozy house and wonderful pets and felt very blessed and even a hint of contentment. 

I am so rarely on here anymore but you ladies are all in my heart, and I think of you so often!  Here's to an amazing 2013 to you all!!

Me & Hubby: 41
unofficially TTC: 11 years, officially TTC: 3-ish
Dx: DOR, blocked tubes (both removed), LPD.
5/11 - IUI: FSH 7.5. 100mg Clomid, 150mg Follistim. OHSS/peritonitis. AF arrived on CD 21!:(
7/11 - Lap to remove lg bilateral ovarian cysts + both tubes due to severe infection & blockage.
10/11 - IVF #1. FSH 12. Antagonist. Only 3R,2M,2F. RE advised hormone levels not supportive of implantation, no ET. 2 frosties.
12/11 - IVF #2. MDLF. 3R,2M,2F. 3DT all 4. Beta1: LSP (little skinny positive) 7.5 Beta2: 71! Beta3: 540! Beta4: 3k. 1st u/s 6 wks: no baby. :'( Misoprostol 6w1d. Beta going up @9wks, modified endo biopsy. Beta still up & down - 3/12 MTX, again 4/12.
2013 begin embracing life as CF
