My 22 month old had diarrhea from Sunday until Thursday. My husbands best friend is his pediatrician so we just ran it by him and he said that as long as he's acting normal, eating and drinking fluids and doesn't have a fever it will run its course. He said it could take 7 days to go away. He recommended to just feed him a bland diet. It was my first experience with my son having a bug so I was worried too. I have heard people say that their kids get loose stools when they are teething but our pediatrician says that is not true so who knows? I hope he feels better soon.
