Natural C-Section?

Has anyone had a natural c-section?  My doctor is forcing me to have one but I wanted a natural birth.

Oh yes it is totally possible.  You should ask your OB to walk three time around the room before he begins the procedure, I hear that helps with the pain.

nice post on the third tri board too by the way. Lamest attempt at MUD ever. You must have a lot of time on your hands...

I don't know anyone who has had a med-free c-section, but I know a few amputees who inadvertently did it that way.  I hear there are fewer complaints if you start with your head.

While I get this is a troll, there is a movement to give a more natural feel to c/s.  For anyone who is interested there is a great video on youtube. Of course there is plenty of medication and surgery, but the focus is on the parents and mother/baby bonding.

This is what I thought of when I read the question.

There is nothing I can say that would top this.

Thanks for posting this. I agree this is a troll and I don't have time for that, but if someone actually reads this and wants information there really is such a thing as "naturual C-section" or a "Jentle C-Section".  I actually have included some of this into my birth plan "just in case" I end up with another section. Thanks pepomntpat for adding some value to this post.

I realize that OP was total MUD, but this is great stuff! Our doula showed us this during one of our childbirth classes, and it was amazing stuff. If a C-section has to be done, this is the way I would want it.

Hah!  I opened this thread and was totally bummed that it was a troll, but I'm glad that pepomntpat posted that video.  Always good in case you somehow end up with a section!
