I love yoga. Used to do it all the time before I had stupid wrist surgery. I tend to have a very wildly active mind, and yoga was the only thing that could calm me down and truly relax me.
When I stopped, I was getting very into inversions. I could hold a head stand like a champ.
I always recommend finding a good instructor vs a video or website. It's helpful to have someone there to correct your poses. If you're doing them wrong, it can be bad for you
