Urethral spasms?

The past several days I get what feels like a spasm in my urethra. For a few seconds I really feel the need to urinate and the it goes away. I wouldn't say the feeling is in my bladder, however. It is also accompanied with menstrual like cramping that comes and goes. Anyone else feeling this? Possibly just pressure from baby? I know its not a UTI also.

I have been getting this too, however they are not accompanied with cramps.

I've had spasms in the bladder and cervix from what I assume is the baby moving.  No cramps here either though.

I had something similar and mydoctor said that it is from the baby facing head down and her head resting on my pelvis.

Sounds like LO is giving you a one two punch to the bladder and cervix? I've felt these separately due to kicks, but not together. Have you asked your dr?

Thank y'all. No I haven't asked yet and it hasn't occurred today. Im guessing it is from all the pressure since baby is so low.
