A no bake recipe for Karschington

2 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1 c peanut butter (I prefer smooth)
3/4 c butter, melted
2 3/4 c confectioner's (powdered) sugar
2 1/2 c chocolate chips (if you use bittersweet, add a Tsp of oil)
Mix everything but the chocolate chips (and oil, if used) and press into a casserole pan. You can microwave the peanut butter to make it softer, too. Just press it into the pan, then melt the chocolate chips (and oil) in 20 second increments in the microwave until melted and pour over the top. Chill and cut into bars before the chocolate totally sets, chill some more and enjoy!
