PgAL brain putting a damper on Christmas

I haven't posted in a while, but today my PgAL brain is driving me crazy.  I'm 10w5d along and off and on today I have had these mild/dull achy, crampy type feelings in my lower abdomen, right above my pubic bone.  I've tried googling what I'm feeling-what comes up the most is round ligament pain, but it doesn't quite fit the bill.  They're not sharp and don't seem to be associated with a movement or position. I know they're most likely normal, but I'd love to hear it if you ladies have been experiencing something similar. This is my second pregnancy, my first ending at 7w in July.  I remember the pains I had then being much sharper and more painful.

I think I'm mostly freaking out because we're planning on telling our immediate families tonight.  The aches are making me start to question spilling the beans (as if I wasn't already questioning it...)

Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays!

I just emailed the nurse about this today. I've had both sharp pains and soreness. She said lots of people complain of this and it's the muscles moving for the pregnancy. As for telling the family, do what you feel comfortable with. I hope youare able to feel more at peace. I've just spent two days panicking with PgAL brain and am finally relaxing and know it's just no fun. Hugs
