We have DH's family over Christmas morning for breakfast and gifts, so I make easy dishes to feed a crowd:
Baked eggs (10 minutes at 400 degrees in buttered cupcake pan with a splash of cream and half-and-half). I'll probably do them plain, but you can put fillings in them, too. I did a test-run today and DH had sausage and cheese in his. You can also cook bacon and make it a ring in the cupcake tin and put the egg inside that and you have a little bacon ringed egg when they come out.
French Toast (I'll make challah bread today and use it for the french toast tomorrow)
Fruit salad
Ham steaks
English muffins (if anyone wants one)
Coffee and OJ
I think that is about it. I might make some hollandaise for the eggs since we essentially have all the ingredients for egg's benedict (and it's delicious). I have a really easy healthy version from eatingwell.com that is delicious.
