I don't remember this from my first pregnancy.
While I was making dinner, I had a few bites (just to taste, I swear) and suddenly I felt extremely nauseous. I haven't felt too great most of the day, so I kind of wrote it off, but my stomach got (yeah, I puked) tight at the top of my bump and I feel a lot of pressure near my rib cage.
I drank a couple glasses of water and sat down on the couch. I haven't experienced the tightening again (I'm assuming it was Braxton-Hicks, but the bump says not until 28 weeks?? whereas other sites have given me different information).
I should just drink more fluids and sleep it off, right?
If you were having stomach distress, it could have just been related to that and not BH.
Either way, you can get BH earlier than 28 weeks. My OB recommends to push fluids and put my feet up when I have them frequently.
