another poop post

So lo usually has at least one poop diaper a day but its been over two days since last one. The last ones he did have were explosive and green. He's had a growth spirt this week so I had to add a little more formula to his bm bottle to keep him full. Wondering if that's whats clogging him. He doesn't seem bothered by it but I'm a little worried. Also we are at my moms house and at much higher altitude and honestly I have hard time getting things moving to without downing fiber. Should I keep waiting it out, call or just add something to bottle to get things going. My mom is pressuring me to add apple juice but I don't feel okay doing that without dr. Telling me to. What say you?

An ounce of apple juice isn't going to hurt him.  It'll definitely get things going if that is what you want to happen.  IMHO, if it's not bothering him don't worry about it.

I wouldn't worry if your LO doesn't seem bothered. We just had this happen. She'd normally go once a day like clockwork at 6pm, but went three days without going. Well, she made up for it on day 3! And on day 4. And day 5... Man! No intervention necessary this early I don't think
