Plans for tonight?

What's going on ladies??

In me casa, DH is working and we are watching Brave.  2 younger ones were for a bit and now driving me crazy & not sitting still.  After the movie we are going to bed.  We've had a busy, busy week with 2 more busy days, so we need our sleep.

My DD is in bed and I am super upset right now. I'll probably have a good cry and then watch my trashy reality tv.

DH is going to our church's Christmas service, and DD and I are just hanging out at home. I have some secret present prep to get done for him after DD goes to bed, and I'll probably watch something Christmas-y while doing so :-)

Just relaxin'!! Presents are all wrapped, even Santa's are wrapped and hidden in the garage. Already made dessert to take to MIL's tomorrow. I think I'll look on Amazon to see what cute Minnie Mouse sheets and bedroom stuff I can find for DD's new big girl bedroom... with a nice tall glass of wine. Is it time for my kids to go bed yet?? :]

I got DS to go to bed early because he didn't nap well (a bit of a battle, but we've had much worse...).  DH is watching football in his man cave.  And I was efficient in getting my floors swept/mopped and the dishes done, so I'm just relaxing on the computer for a bit and will probably read and go to bed in a little while.  So glad DH has a long weekend!

DD is spending the night at my parents' house. She doesn't like the movie Home Alone but DS loves it so we cuddled on the couch and watched it. He is now in bed and H and I are just hanging out on the couch watching TV. I had a piece of pie left from yesterday's Christmas with the ILs.  We lead exciting lives here at our house.

The kids are running around like crazy people, H is trying to beat FIL's high score in an Angry Birds tournament, and I am snuggled up with my puppy watching the Jeff Dunham Christmas special. We have plans to look at some lights tonight but I can't tear H away from his game.

Just getting the kids to bed, all of our company from our open house is gone. I'll probably do a quick clean up and then crash. I'm exhausted. I love throwing parties, but always forget how completely absorbing they are. I'm excited to relax in the am.

Just ate way too much red velvet cake ice cream and watched some trashy tv and about to read for awhile and probably fall asleep on the couch before I pump before bed.  I'm actually pretty excited and even more excited that the house is clean and I can just relax with DH and DD tomorrow.

DD was in bed by 7:45 pm.  I finished wrapping DD's gifts & assembling the one's from Santa.  Payed some bills, and having my 2nd glass of Wine.  DH is assembling his Christmas present, some sort of gym squat machine thingy! So exciting!!!

I had to run out earlier  for a last minute gift (and wound up buying a new purse for me).   I started baking after I got back.  I just took three loaves of banana bread out of the oven.  My house smells so good right now.  I'm headed to bed as soon as they are cool enough to wrap up and put away.

I think we are going to the IL's for a gift exchange with them.  Altho it has started snowing here so I'm not 100% that we will go now.

Well, I went to bed super early last night so I did not see these posts. My DH and I are going through a major rough patch. I am not sure if we will even make it out of this one. If you look at my ticker, we obviously have not been married for a long time. We definitely rushed into marriage because I got pregnant and he just has not grown up enough. He still wants to be able to do what he wants, when he wants. And I just get sick of being the only one to care about the important things. And the big reason why I was so upset yesterday was because he was being awfully grinch-like. This is my favorite time of year and he was ruining it. Thankfully he was in a better mood today but yesterday was just God awful.
