Bleeding

Anyone out there having bleeding? Sunday night I was sitting in bed and then needed to go pee. When I looked I had stained my undies with two spots of blood the size of quarters. When I wiped there was a tiny clot. Called he doc but out of office. On-call doc said that if it turned brown then it was good sign. Which it did but I'm still freaking out. I'm 11 weeks. I was told by on call doc to stay in bed for two days. He didn't seem so worried! Any ideas?
