We were having this problem for a while, and we think it was because we weren't offering bottles daily or consistently enough. We would only offer them as needed, about once a week. So every time we'd try to get him to take a bottle, he would pitch a fit for 45 minutes. It didnt matter what bottle we offered, and bottle preference didn't seem to be the issue. Eventually, though, he would give in and eat. Now that I'm back at work and he's getting daily bottles (or two), he doesn't do that anymore.
I think many babies just prefer the real thing (straight from the tap, I say), so just try and be persistent and patient. I think if she's really hungry, and as long as nothing is wrong with the milk, she will eat it eventually. But I understand how stressful it is :-( Good luck!
