Pampers Extra Protection

Has anyone found these to help overnight?  I have used them on DD for 3 nights in a row because she is now a tummy sleeper, and every morning, she has soaked through.  I put them up high on her belly and make sure they are fastened securely and appropriately.  I bought these for overnight protection, and they have not worked once.  I almost feel like I'd be better off doubling up on her Cruisers.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You would be better off doubling up on Cruisers. They are more absorbant than extra protection. I think its stupid to have a diaper called extra proctection if they are less absorbant than another diaper.

I love these diapers. Have you tried going up a size.

I agree with trying going up a size.  Get a small pack and see for sure!  I find that my daughter goes up a size faster in whatever she wears overnight.

I might try that, but she is only 17 lbs, and they start at 16 lbs for size 3.  It seems to me that they should at least work when she is in the very low end of the sizing range. It's frustrating, actually, that they don't work right now.

We use a size up at night. DS has always gone up in diaper size before the weight limits. Right now he's 25 pounds and in a size 5 during the day and size 6 overnight. By the package he should still be in a size 4 but he's been in a 5 for a long time now.

I'm sorry to hear that the diapers leaked for you. I have a baby too so I know how frustrating that is; especially when they do say Extra Protection. This is usually an easy fix though-you might just need a larger size for nighttime wear (since diapers get changed less often at night, you might need a bigger absorbency core to hold more). This really worked out for me and my little one so hopefully it will for you too! Either way, give us a quick call and we can help you. 1-877-256-3265

We look forward to hearing from you!

Go up a size, once DD started sleeping on her belly we had to be careful to change sizes.  I usually push her up a size on the night diapers way before her regular diapers.

Another vote for up a size. We've been using Baby Dry for a long time at night, but she recently started soaking through those at night even up a size. We tried the Extra Protection up a size, and they've been working great.
