While it seems counterintuitive to drop the night feelings you may find it helps. As you force the night feelings to go away, your lo will eat more during the day to make up the calories. Also, because the growth hormone is released when babies sleep, interrupted sleep can cause babies to not gain weight and grow as much. I struggled with 1 to 4 night feelings with my DD2 until she was 10 months. Once we cut the night feelings, she started eating more during the day and sleeping all night. We also saw a growth spurt. The link between sleep and growth is why pedis are concerned about sleep patterns.
