Our Skye was delivered into our hearts on 12/24 @ EDIT 11:57pm.
What I thought was symphysis pubis dysfunction (intense pubic bone pain) kept me up the entire night on her edd,12/23. We now believe they were beginning contractions. I had pain all Eve morning, and then the "real" pain started around 4:30pm, by the time the contractions were at 7mins I had couldn't take it anymore and we drove up to the hospital. The nurse said she needed to check me and if wasn't dilated enough I'd have to go back home. When she saw my legs shaking insanely she knew and checked right away, and dilated all the way. Thankfully I was still able to have the epi and after some coaxing she came out from under the pelvic bone and into our hearts.
I'll try putting up a picture when hubby sends them to me.
