Baby Graeme is here

Hi girls! Our baby boy, Graeme Patrick, was born on 12/21/12 at 11:33 pm 7lbs, 10 oz. My birth story is kind of crazy...i was only in labor for 1.5 hrs, and he arrived 30 mins after we got to the hospital. I had been having BH for about a month, and the week leading up to the birth they were more frequent every 10 mins and uncomfortable. My real contractions immediately went from every 34 mins to every 12 the 30 min ride to the hospital was excruciating!. For those of you who arent sure if it's a BH or a real contraction...trust me, you'll know!!!

I hadn't planned to do this completely medfree but there was no time for an epi! I'm really happy i did it though!

Graeme was born with a heart defect so we're at CHOP childrens hosp of philadelphia for a few weeks until we have a plan for his surgery. He's doing ok and is stable. He needs a bit of oxygen and we're still working at feeding i'm pumping every 2 hrs. Say a prayer he continues to improve and we have a plan soon! Will keep you all updated.
