Kind of a bummer. I'd still be giving him some kind of ultimatum that if he doesn't get it done he's figuring out how to hire someone to do it BEFORE baby #2 or he will be doing it while you stay in a hotel.
Men just don't think the same as we do, and he probably thinks he has plenty of time and it's NBD if he waits, furthermore our timelines mean nothing to them. :/ Men.
