Frustrated

DH and I have been TTC for about 5 months now. I have PCOS and I know I'm going to have trouble with it. What is frustrating to me is my friend is preggo with her third and all I hear is about how tired she is and omg how hard her labor was with the first one 5 years ago (yes she STILL complains even though it resulted in c-section and her last one and this one will be no different). It is like she needs all the attention constantly and let's everyone know how freaking pregnant she is. What I would give to be in her situation....sorry I know this probably sounds silly, but I needed to get that off my chest. I just wish she would shut up sometimes and count her blessings that she has 2 kids and another on the way.

I hate doctors!

As I was getting out of the shower earlier, the cold water wouldn't turn off. My H finally got it to turn off by fiddling with the knob but part of it came off. He calls a plumber a little bit ago and the guy can come this afternoon, but he will have to go in the wall to fix it and it will cost $1,100-$1,200. Awesome :( The bathroom is old, so it's not like this is a huge surprise, but it was still an expense we weren't expecting. Ugh.

What's happening ladies? I'm having a shtty week. I had a dnc on Tuesday, ended up ER yesterday with severe abdominal pain and pressure. It ended up being gastritis caused from the surgery medications. I'm back to work today and EVERYONE is asking where I've been. Ugh!! I can't drink for another 2 days. Can this just end already??

Anyway, cheer me up! What's new and exciting?

Taking a break

We are taking a break from TTCing so I can get healthier and loose weight. Has anyone else done this? I'm sad but I think it's for the best. I'll still be around though!

How was everyone's weekend? Mine was crazy! Friday was spent cleaning and prepping for DS's bday party, which was Saturday! Everything went great and it was a really nice time. Sunday was spent relaxing. Now we are back to stinky Monday. Hope you all are having a good day!

the freakin' weekend! Woo hoo! Any fun plans for the weekend?

We will be gardening. My DD will be at her dad's so I plan to indulge in some alcoholic beverages at some point. Cheer and tumbling practice Saturday. Relaxation, alone time with SO, bowchickawowwow, haha and some fun is in order for the rest of the time!

Do you have any plans for Easter?

Yesterday, we dyed eggs, planted beans, lettuce and corn in our garden, had an Easter egg hunt at home and went to see the Easter bunny. My niece's birthday party is today. Tomorrow, we will do an Easter basket for DD and go to church with my parents then relax! Busy weekend!

The bill for yearly storage for my lone remaining frostie finally came yesterday. $1,200. Worth every penny, but still not fun to write out that check. We will hopefully be getting some of that money back come year's end.
