Give me your best CrockPot recipes

With working full time and not getting home until 5:45 or 6, I just don't have time to put dinner together and take care of DS at night. I have fallen in love with my crockpot. I have made BBQ pork, chicken stew and chili.

Anyone have a great recipes for the crockpot they want to share? Many thanks.

My favorite crock pot recipe is Basil Chicken.

4 nice size chicken breasts

1 can cream of celery soup

1 sliced green pepper

1/2 tsp of black pepper

1/2 tsp of basil

I usually just eye ball the black pepper and basil.

Put chicken in crock pot, on top put the black pepper and basil, next cream of celery then the sliced green pepper.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours. It is delish!! I serve it over buttered noodles.

bbq chicken:

4 boneless chicken breasts

1 green pepper

1 can pineapple chunks in juice

1 bottle of your favorite bbq sauce

1-2 tsp minced garlic

put chicken breasts in crockpot.  mix all other ingredients (chopped bell pepper, pineapple chunks with juice, garlic and bbq sauce).  pour over chicken and cook on low 7-8 hours.  serve over rice.

I cut up 3 or 4 chicken cutlets into about 1 inch pieces.  I put them in the crock pot and season them with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pepper.  I cut up an onion and a green pepper and pour a jar of Tomato Basil sauce over them.  I cook it for about 5 hours and then just leave the crock pot on warm until we're ready for dinner.  I serve it over pasta.

Here is my favorite:

- 3 or 4 chicken breasts

- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Put soup and chicken breasts in crock put (some soup under/some over the chicken).  Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.  Enjoy.
