Recommend your high chair and other gift ideas.

My sister is pregnant and has alot of hand me downs and alot of stuff that is 6years old ( her ds is now 6).   She doesn't have a high chair and I have a hand me down so don't know what is a good one.

Please recommend a high chair that you really like.

Also any other things that are your must haves or can't live without or would make a good gift?

She's not having a shower but the family wants to buy her some new stuff and some gifts.

Fisher Price Healthy Care High Chair. I actually had a hand me down which just was not functional at all. I ended up buying this one, the one I had wanted all along, used on CL. So much happier now.

I have a chicco and it's ok but it takes up so much space, next time we will be trading in the chicco for a FP space saver

I have a chicco as well. It's nice but takes up a lot of space. As for things that I can not live with out. Bouncy seat, baby wash, diapers all come to mind.

We love our FP space saver high chair.  My parents just bought another one for DD to use at the cottage...so nice!  Do they have the big ticket items like pack n play, swing, stroller, car seat, etc.?  We got a lot of use out of the jumperoo.

Ditto on the FP Space Saver, we love it. When DS was little the bouncy and swing were both life-savers, when he got older the jumper was great.

Fisher Price Space Saver High Chair.  We have it and I love it.  It fits directly on your dining room table chairs.  It reclines, is easy to clean, turns into a booster seat, and you can also travel with it.  I have never traveled with it, but my sister-in-law takes her's everywhere.

I do not like my Chicco; the tray sticks all.the.time.

We just got a booster (FP healthy deluxe) for vacation but I might be strapping it a dining room chair soon.
