I've been biking nearly every day for two months now. Sometimes as little as a mile, mile and a half. My pants are literally falling off of me. It only takes a little bit, and it is something I can do WITH Liliana. She rides in a trailer.
I haven't changed my eating habits much. I feel great. I feel loads better than when I was purging every day and stealing my mother's diet pills.
I am not convinced that these pills have no effect on your body. Not at all. Not even with a doctor monitoring. I think it is so irresponsible that a doctor would prescribe it to a woman who is not severely overweight/obese.
