Mannatech Ambrotose Supplements

Does anyone know if the Mannatech brand multi-vitamins and ambrotose powder are safe during pregnancy?  I am having a heck of a time getting a straight answer through their website and google searches.  Some places have said that it helps with pregnancy and delivery but I can't find any real science backing anything up.  Planning on a pre-pregnancy visit with my doctor but until then I'm really wondering.
