Weekly Questions

1.How did your week go? The week actually went pretty well, and I was really good on the weekend.
2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week? I'm down about 2lbs from last week.
3.How much are you down total? Down 5lbs total.
4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going? I've been walking about 4-5x a week, but I have not been calorie counting like I should.
5.Is there any new product that you found that you would like to share with others that has helped you. (Like a fitness DVD, a new class somewhere, or a new food item). I always liked the 30 day shred, and honestly, when I need to burn some calories, I just put on music and dance around my house. Or clean something. That always burns calories, and is productive too. We have Xbox live streaming, so I just put on last.fm and rock out.
6.What do you plan to do different this week than last to help you reach your fitness/health goals? I'm going to get back on my calorie counting wagon.

7. New receipe(s) to share? Well it's a generic recipe, but I just made pesto for the first time ever (!) and it was AHmazing. It's also relatively healthy if you don't go crazy with the cheese.

10. how do you get dh to help you out with your weight loss? Oh god this is the hardest thing for us because DH is a chef and looooves to eat. The hardest issue we have is with me being vegetarian. We've both learned some good recipes that we love, but there have been some definite strike outs, too. He just tries to encourage me and tells me I look good, but he brings a lot of junk food into the house, which does not help at all! So to sum it up, he really doesn't help.

11. If you're celebrating V-day with DH/SO this weekend, are you going to watch your calories/points/whatever this weekend?  I take holidays off. You have to live a little!

Can you change me to goal of 80lbs? I have lost 20 but still have 60 to go.

5.Is there any new product that you found that you would like to share with others that has helped you. (Like a fitness DVD, a new class somewhere, or a new food item). There is a Hidden Valley Ranch dip packet that is soooooo good!!! Fiesta Ranch. I used that for my veggies this week.
6.What do you plan to do different this week than last to help you reach your fitness/health goals? I am going to do WW all week. See if I can shed another few lbs before Hawaii. I am also going to workout this week.

1.How did your week go? It went ok. Had a girls night and super bowl in the same weekend is it's thrown me off a little.

4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going? I am so proud of myself.  Working out almost a month and am up to 5 times a week.  I even tried an evening workout last week (not my thing but am glad I tried).  I think I am finally becoming addicted to it.
5.Is there any new product that you found that you would like to share with others that has helped you. (Like a fitness DVD, a new class somewhere, or a new food item).
6.What do you plan to do different this week than last to help you reach your fitness/health goals? Just keep up what I am doing.  I wish I could lose more faster, but 1-2 lbs a week is the best way to do it.

8.  Question(s) for next week? What type of athletic shoes are you wearing?  I do crosstraining and run so I need both.  I also have a VERY high arch (High like my foot bring is top of foot and heel only).

10. how do you get dh to help you out with your weight loss? I don't buy anything that would hinder my eating goals. DH is supportive of that and eats whatever I cook.  He also tries to be supportive by trying to hump me all the time because he thinks I look so hot...Buwahhahaha.

We don't really celebrate V day.  But the Daytona 500 is on V-day but we ALWAYS have an off day.  So we will spend it on that.  I don't think I could do this without an off day...it's my savior.

6.What do you plan to do different this week than last to help you reach your fitness/health goals? I am in a wedding this week, so I am going to be really good for a few days and then just have fun.  Back to WW and working out next week.

My name is not on there, but I'd like to participate....

My goals are: Get to Pre-Pg weight (12 pounds to go) then to loose another 30 for ultimate goal.  Working with a trainer 1x a week.

9. anyone follow a 'new' exercise routine while PG?  I did Yoga where I did not before and I also did water aerobics.  LOVED it.  Felt so god to be weightless in teh pool and really helped to both be relaxing and energizing at the same time.

1.How did your week go?  Pretty good.  It seems like this month, I've got more plans on the weekends, which makes it harder to stay on my points all week.

4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going?  Great!  Running is going well - I'm getting faster and running for longer, and I'm finally getting to the point where I actually enjoy it and think "I'm so glad I did that" after I finish a run.  Goal pants are getting better - button, little muffin top, a little too snug for my tastes right now, but not horrible like they were before.


5.Is there any new product that you found that you would like to share with others that has helped you. (Like a fitness DVD, a new class somewhere, or a new food item).


6.What do you plan to do different this week than last to help you reach your fitness/health goals?  Well, I already blew it this past weekend already (girl's night), so the plan is to stay in my points, drink lots of water, and do 2 more workouts this week before my Friday weigh in.

10. how do you get dh to help you out with your weight loss?  He's pretty good - he really encourages me and celebrates the little, daily goals like getting to the gym when I really don't feel like it or passing up something I want but know I'll feel bad about later.  That daily support is invaluable to me.

If you're celebrating V-day with DH/SO this weekend, are you going to watch your calories/points/whatever this weekend?  I will for the whole weekend but not for dinner on Sunday.  I'll enjoy myself at dinner, but not use that one meal as a reason/excuse to blow the whole weekend and do WAY more damage.
