Weekly Questions
1.How did your week go? The week actually went pretty well, and I was really good on the weekend.
2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week? I'm down about 2lbs from last week.
3.How much are you down total? Down 5lbs total.
4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going? I've been walking about 4-5x a week, but I have not been calorie counting like I should.
5.Is there any new product that you found that you would like to share with others that has helped you. (Like a fitness DVD, a new class somewhere, or a new food item). I always liked the 30 day shred, and honestly, when I need to burn some calories, I just put on music and dance around my house. Or clean something. That always burns calories, and is productive too. We have Xbox live streaming, so I just put on last.fm and rock out.
6.What do you plan to do different this week than last to help you reach your fitness/health goals? I'm going to get back on my calorie counting wagon.
7. New receipe(s) to share? Well it's a generic recipe, but I just made pesto for the first time ever (!) and it was AHmazing. It's also relatively healthy if you don't go crazy with the cheese.

10. how do you get dh to help you out with your weight loss? Oh god this is the hardest thing for us because DH is a chef and looooves to eat. The hardest issue we have is with me being vegetarian. We've both learned some good recipes that we love, but there have been some definite strike outs, too. He just tries to encourage me and tells me I look good, but he brings a lot of junk food into the house, which does not help at all! So to sum it up, he really doesn't help.
11. If you're celebrating V-day with DH/SO this weekend, are you going to watch your calories/points/whatever this weekend? I take holidays off. You have to live a little!
