Thank you so much!  I posted some here several months ago, but we recently made the decision to seek adoption.  This will be very helpful to me and any other 'newbies'.

AMA - Married 5 years TTC 5 years
IVF w/ICSI and assisted hatching #1 fall 08 - BFN
IVF w/ICSI and assisted hatching #2 winter 08/9- BFN
IVF w/ICSI and assisted hatching #3 fall 09 - ectopic (methotrexate)
IVF #4 - ER & ICSI 3/12/10 - ET 3/15/10 - 5 embryos transferred (good quality - a first for me)
Beta - 3/26 - BFN :(

RE says there is not much you can do with 42 year old eggs.
Investigating adoption options.

TTC since 4/07 Type II Diabetes - 6 insulin shots a day Dx: Fallopian Tubes lack the ability to move an egg - Moved onto Adoption in 2009 and brought our amazing DD home at 3-days old in 2010.
