What does "Tylenol 650 MG PO Q6H" mean?

DH just had a procedure done & the post-op instructions include "Tylenol 650 MG PO Q6H". I presume it's 650 mg of Tylenol, every 6 hours, but what's "PO"

was that on your info sheet?  that annoys me when docs/nurses write it out like that for patients.  PO= by mouth, PR = per rectum/suppository

Yes it was.  In fact it was a typed info sheet that they hand out to all patients who have this specific procedure done.
