pregnancy announcement photoshoot tomorrow... AHHH

DH and I have decided that we are going to tell extended family about our pregnancy via a Christmas card this year and I'm taking the photo.  Normally taking photos aren't a big deal (I'm a photographer), but taking them and having to be in them at the same time is a lot of work. 

We are doing a photo similar to this one:

but we are also have our dogs furry feet in the photo as well.  We have also purchased an adorable pair of little black chuck taylors for the photo.  I know that it's going to be crazy setting up the tri-pod and remote and keeping the dogs sitting long enough to get the shot.

Just make sure you have some good tasty treats so they listen to your every word :)

I've gotten my DS to take many adorable shots using the timer. I'm sure you won't have an issue with it.

I saw a photo like this on pinterest and printed it to do as well.  They also added this message to it:(Top of pic) We are adding two feet to our family

I love it!  We just did a shoot like that except we are all barefoot in jeans and DD is in it.  Then I have a pair of empty green baby booties on the end.  Our parents and siblings know, but that is what we are going to use to announce to everyone after our US around 12 weeks.

I am doing the exact same thing!  Except, I have to get my mom to take the picture. Only my immediate family knows about the pregnancy, none of my friends do so I thought it would be so cute to send it out via a Christmas card.  I think I am going to add a picture of my BF & me holding a chalkboard that says, "We're having a baby!"  Such a cute idea and I love adding the dogs.  There is no way my pug would stay for that.  Please post a pic when you are done and good luck!
