we used swartzphotograph.com for our wedding, and plan on using them for maternity and baby in the coming months! They are AWESOME, and work with your budget :)
oh, and they live in Hinton, VA, and travel anywhere in VA for free!
actually I know of one in fredericksburg she takes awesome pics and does hospital photos and newborn photos and maternity and is reasonably priced..
