What's the story with this "Bobby's Burger Palace" place?

There's one in the mall here now.

It's pretty yummy. The put chips on the burgers. Great if you are eating there not do much if you are taking out. The sweet potato fries are delish.

I just pulled up the menu for that place, and I'm ready to move to NY just so I can eat it. The menu looks amazing - and I also want the spiked milkshake.

Mesa Grill, one of his other places, participates in Restaurant Week, so I looked into it for DH and I and it got HORRIBLE reviews. The burger place reviews blew it out of the water. Now I'm extra curious.
