I'm not sure if it would be too far south for you, but we are probably going to be sending our son to David's Christian Learning Center (at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Columbia Heights). Our DS will be 3 in July, so we want to get him into something for next year, and some of his friends from church already go here.

My neighbor sent her little boy to preschool at Peace Lutheran Church on the Blaine/C o o n Rapids boarder.  She liked it, but I didn't ask a ton of details.  Here is their web site.
