What are the strangest names you have seen IRL?

Yesterday at the park little boy named Ocean made my list but number one will always be my cousins friends little boy named Chaos. Indifferent

I'm gonna go ahead and say that Lucious (however spelled) is strange.

 

Mine are very straight forward and yet ... wrong.  Siblings: Rhett and Scarlett.

I went to college with a girl named Os.hen San.ds. We went to school for environmental science so it worked but definitely on the more unusual end of things.

Ava.cyn (w/o the period). It's pronounced like Ava-son. I guess they couldn't decide between Ava and Addison? Also Patience. Funny thing is she came six weeks early, I think that was her way to protesting the name. ;)

I had a girl named Journey in my class once.  Her sister was named Twilight.  Mom was named Echo.  Dad?  Yeah, he was named Greg, lol.

 

There were also brothers named Cedar and Orion that year.

 

There is a large population of a non-American ethnicity where I live, so that creates a lot of "interesting" names to me, that are actually legit names in there culture.  Still, I had one student that when spelled out, his name looked like it would be pronounced "suck it".  And another whose name sounded like "oh sh!t" when you said it...

I worked with a girl named Xianxianga. Took me ages to figure out how to pronounce it. It's Ex-iana. My cousin named his first Viktor after the MN Vikings mascot, and second is Thor. My other cousin named his son Sage, which my family agrees is worse than Thor.

H has an employee that named his son Ethan Danger. He works with another guy who's name is spelled Thong, but pronounced Tong. He's not from the US though.

I've come across so many weird names at work that I don't really notice them anymore. There is a new girl whose name is Deiarrea, I think. Something that reminds me of diarrhea, but is pronounced Dee-aria

I was in IKEA a few weeks back and this woman kept saying seven over and over. I thought she was trying to write down a product number. Nope. It was her little boy's name.

I used to know a woman who's parents named her Inxs but had no idea who the band was....

My DH is more on the lookout for weird ones than me, yesterday he texted me to inform me that someone on a form he was filling out had named their boys S.keeter and B.oomer.  I thought he was joking or that they were dogs not people, sadly they are people.
