Best in "ease of use" for nanny's car...

We are just switching from daycare to nanny, and I need to get one more car seat in order to put in the nanny's car.  She is an older woman, and I want it to be as EASY to use as possible.  Do you all have suggestions on what you would consider to be a very easy to use convertible seat?

Currently in my car I have a Britax Boulevard (FFing) and a Britax Diplomat (RFing).  I have a Radian RXT in the basement that I really disliked initially b/c it did not fit DS1 well, but I put him in it again the other day now that he has grown a little and it may be doable for him.  But, with the sort of "ratchet" style harness tightener, I'm not sure I would consider that "easy to use."

So, I need to leave 2 seats in MY car and purchase 1 more seat for the nanny so that she has 2 in her car.  One will be RFing and one FFing.

Thanks for any input!!!

Sorry, I should clarify... I am looking for ease of buckling kids in and out, tightening, loosening, etc.  I am going to be the one installing it, but I am more concerned she can figure out how to tighten and loosen the straps, and use it properly each time.

I still go with Britax. Whatever you do Do NOT get an Eddie Bauer! So difficult to tighten or loosen and doesn't ever get tight enough.

Well, you already have 3 convertibles, and since you need one for ffing, I'd probably buy a 5pt harness to booster seat. They generally have a taller shell so they'll last ffing until DC is ready for a booster. Look into the Evenflo Maestro, Graco Nautilus, Recaro ProSport, or Britax Frontier.

I'd keep one of your Britax seats rfing in the nanny's car. I think the Radian might be too hard for her to tighten correctly, especially rfing.

I would avoid Graco. They recently changed their buckles and there have been a lot of complaints about them being very difficult to open and sometimes getting stuck.

I am a nanny.  I have one of these in my car for the 3 year old.  The chest buckle is a pain to undo and I'm used to dealing with different car seats.

Hi Grace! Idont have one, but from everything I've read, I think I'd go with a Britax. They all have the same size shell, so you could get the Roundabout, which I believe is the most expensive. I love my Radian for me, but I don't like to let other people use it. When I have someone else driving him in my car, I don't adjust the harness. I just take him out, so they don't have to get it the right tightness. There's a Facebook called Car Seats for the Littles which is great for advice. They have lots of techs who can give great advice!
