For "less used" names that maybe you haven't thought of, how about:

Trent is my first son's name.
Toby, tate, Trevor, Tyler, Titus, Terrell, Trey, Tucker, Tyson

Tanner and Trent
The boys names I'm leaning towards happen to be all T, so here you go:

My son is Trent (only one is in school). My brother inlaw is Tanner...and I have always like the name Troy.
As much as I hate the last names as first name thing, the first unique T name that I kind of like that I think would go well with your other boys names is Tatum....
Some other options: Tavish (scottish), Torben/Thorben (German), Theo, Tobiah/Tobias (biblical), Toby.
My husband is Todd. It is definitely not popular right now. I can't think of a single kid I know with that name and I'm a teacher. I work with one Todd, but he is older.
DS1 is Theodore, but I have a feeling that is NYS. Unusual T names I know:
