Beta #2 and a thank you

Good morning, Ladies.

I wanted to update you with my Beta #2 number. It was 351 yesterday (12dp5dt) with a doubling time of 44 hours. My nurse was very pleased. No 3rd beta needed. I'll have an u/s in about 10 days. I'm going to move on to PGIF and PGAL but want you to know how much I'm rooting for all of you to find success. IF is a crazy roller-coaster ride, I wish no one had to go through it but everyone here is so supportive and positive I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of ladies to share our journey with. ((hugs)) to you all!
BFP 2/14/11, missed m/c 9 weeks. d&e 3/24/11
BFP 12/10/11 d&e at 13wk+4days 2/17/12
Dx with Balanced Robertsonian Translocation (13;14) moving on to IVF w/ PGD
IVF #1 (May 2012) 13R, 10F, 5 blasts, ONE NORMAL frozen no transfer
IVF #2 (July 2012) 17R, 8F, 5 blasts, ONE NORMAL 6dt on 7/12/2012- c/p
IVF #3 (Sept. 2012) 39R, 25F, 13 blasts, 3 NORMALS! Freeze-all due to high E2.
FET #1 10/23- 2 expanded blasts, Beta #1 11/1- 113, Beta #2 11/4-351, Beta #3 11/7- 1213
u/s on 11/20 6wk+5d showed a healthy lil' sockmonkey with a heartbeat of 136bpm

DH cancer diagnosis/surgery 06/09
MESA 09/09 before chemo/rad. 5 vials frozen
Met with RE 08/29/12 eval sono = 15 follies on the right, "at least" 12 follies on the left
IVF w/ ICSI tentatively scheduled for January
Call from nurse, because of a cancellation IVF starts in OCTOBER!!!
Stims should start 10/20, ER estimated 10/29 Start BCPs 9/15, Lupron 10/7
10/20 Lupron (5), Menopur (75), Follistim (125)
Estrogen through the roof, after trying different tactics to lower it, RE decided to coast for 3 days
Final monitoring appointment: 27 follies on right, 19 on left
ER 11/1 21R, 19M, 10F
ET 11/6 2 beautiful blasts. 3 frozen
11/13 +HPT! 11/16 Beta #1: 183; 11/20 Beta #2:832
U/S 12/5 TWINS Two heartbeats!
U/S 12/19 Lost Baby B, Baby A has a beautiful heartbeat at 169

Age:30 healthy DH: 32 DX Testicular CA '03(banked sperm) Reoccurance of Testicular CA '10 RPLD.TTC: 6/2012. _______________ 6/12 met with RE advised to go to straight IVF due to quality & amount of sperm banked. 6/26/12 day 3 work up & US~ normal. 7/3/2010 Sono~ Polyps. 8/21/12 DH: PEUS~ No retrograde sperm visible; low testosterone. 9/6/12 hysteroscopy/polyectomy~ Removed 2. Now waiting for next steps to start the process of IVF! November IVF Antagonist protocol/risk of OHSS. ER 11/13 17R/15M/12F ET 11/18 transferred 2 beautiful blasts. 5 frozen embies. Beta 11/27 BFN. IUI #1 (Clomid), 3/11 = BFN
IUI #2 (Femara), 7/11 = BFN
IUI #2 (Femara), 8/11 = BFN
IVF (w/ISCI) #1 in April 2012. 9R, 6F. 3-day transfer of one 8 and one 6 cell. None to freeze. BFN
Planning for IVF #2 in January 2013.

Trying for a baby since 4/10
DX: Infertile 6/11 Me: LPD, all other blood work clear. May/ 2013 Egg maturity and quality issues.. DH: low sperm motility,low count.
Met with RE start clomid + TI + IUI 5/12= IUI cancelled due to positive Cystic Fibrosis carrier test. DH tested Neg. for Cystic Fibrosis,
6/12 Clomid + TI +IUI=BFN 8/10 IVF consult.
IVF #1 Started BCP 9/2 Lupron 10/11 stims 10/27 ER 11/6!! 5 eggs retreived only 1 mature. FERT report shows none made it.Cancelled cycle.
IVF #2 BCP 11/18 Lupron 12/14
Stims start 12/29 ER 1/8 ET 1/11 put in 1 grade B and 1 grade C. Beta: 1/20=BFN
Second opinion at new clinic TBD
decided to stick with old clinic with new plan.
5/3 started metformin for IVF # 3 set to start in July!!!

My TTC Journey:
Dx: Hypothalamic amenorrhea
Progesterone to induce period w/ the goal of Clomid - never got period (September 2011). RE referral.
Femera - never responded to the meds (December 2011)
Clomid with TI - BFN (February 2012)
Injectables (Menopur) - hyperstimulated/canceled (March 2012)
Injectables #2 (Menopur) with TI- BFN (May 2012)
IVF - OHSS (transfer canceled), but 11 frozen! (June 1012)
FET - 1 transferred on 8/09/12. Beta#1 (11dp5dt): 350.3; Beta#2: 365; Beta#3: 157. Biochemical pregnancy.
FET # 2 - 1 transferred on 11/01/12. Beta#1 (11dp5dt): 337; Beta#2: 769. BFP!!! 1st ultrasound 11/28/12 showed heartbeat, but measuring 5 days behind. 2nd ultrasound 12/05/12 - miscarriage.
FET # 3 - 1 transferred on 1/24/13. Beta#1 (11dp5dt): BFN.
FET # 4 - 2 transferred on 3/28/13. Beta #1 (11dp5dt): 673; Beta #2: 1265. Just under 6 weeks - m/c at home. WTF appointment in late May.

Me:35, Using frozen donor sperm. 2009-2010 - several non-medicated "at home" frozen donor sperm cycles = BFN
IUIs 1-3 in 2010 = BFN
4/2012: IUI #4 w/ new RE = BFP Missed m/c due to turner syndrome at 9 weeks, discovered at 12 weeks 3 days on 6/21/12. :(
Summer 2012 IUI 5 & 6 = BFN.
Was planning on moving onto IVF but insurance is requiring 3 injectable IUI rounds.
11/12/2012 - IUI #7 75 gonal-f cd3-12 + trigger. = BFP on Thanksgiving!
Beta 1 at 14dpo = 261 Beta 2 at 16dpo = 639 Good NT scan and Negative MaterniT21 test. It's a boy!

Beta: 11, 10/26/12 Beta: 2 = Chemical Pregancy
