No baby movement?

Yesterday she was moving quite a bit, and last night she was moving very little.
And now this morning, when she normally moves alot, she's not..?
I'm pretty worried.. I don't know if I should wait another hour to see if she moves or what?

I'd wait. My LO changes his schedule around a LOT. Try rubbing your stomach, laying down, or eating. If she doesn't move with any of that then I'd call the doctor.

Have you tried drinking some juice? Sugar from juice often gets my little one moving.

If that doesn't work and you're concerned, go ahead and call your doctor's office - especially where it's normal working hours. They can let you know if/when it's something to worry about. That's what they're there for :)

All of this.  Also lay on your left side for a while after you drink the juice.  Good luck, I know it can get scary!

Agreed with above, have some candy, fruit and/or juice and see if you feel movement - baby might be asleep right now, too.

You can always call your OBGYN and see if they want to put you on a monitor.  I had to do that when I wasn't feeling movement for a while.

Hope all is well!

Keep in mind, towards end, they slow down tremendously in terms of movement.  My LO RARELY kicks me anymore, just has a few random spurts where she will wiggle around a bit, but definitely no more strong movements, she's just out of room.  I read yesterday, if you feel 10 movements of any kind within a 24 hr period, you are good.  I agree with PP, to call OB if you are seriously concerned and feel nothing after 24 hrs.

She may be sleeping! But like the other PPs said drink juice or something super cold and lay on your side. My MW told me as long as I get 8 movements within 2 hours it's all good. If you're very concerned you can always go into L&D; usually the doppler wakes them up right away.

I'd drink some cold juice (both cold and sugar get my LO moving) then lie down on your left side and wait. I bet you'll have a dance party before you know it!

My OB told me if I'm worried about no movement, then to eat/drink something sugary, lay down for 20-30 minutes in a dark room and wait for movement. ANY movement is good, it doesn't have to be big. If you don't have any movement in that time after doing all of that, then definitely call your doctor.

Ditto previous posters.  I was told by my OB to drink something cold and sweet, then lay on my left side and do kick/movement counts for at least an hour.  If I get less than 5 kicks in that hour, to call and come in for monitoring.

Juice and laying on your side, definitely. If lying on your left aide doesn't work, try your right. Mine does NOT like it when I lay on my right side and starts flailing like a maniac. I get much less movement when I lay on my left, usually just a few light kicks as he or she is settling down.

This. My LO seems to have some really long sleep cycles lately which the doctor says is normal. But if you don't get any movement after eating/drinking sugar and laying down on your left side I'd call your doctor just to be sure.

This is one of my biggest worries that I know I'll have the last 10 weeks.

mine was pretty quiet this morning too.  i wonder if it was the time change.  i finally poked her on the way to work and she started moving around and then i had some sugar and caffeine and we were fine.  a little nerve wracking--i understand!
