Beta #1!

First of all--GOOD LUCK to all my ladies with beta's today---GOOOOO Patchers!!   Just got the call and we are very pregnant!  First beta is a 954!  Holy crap!!  I do plan to hang around here through beta #2 and just make sure everything is okay.

Can't wait to hear even more good news today!!   
TTC #1 since 2/2011. Me: Age 36. Stage III Endo and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.
IUI #1 March: BFN, IUI #2 April: BFN.
IVF #1: Started stims 7/30--CANCELLED.
IVF #1.2: Stims start 10/8/12, ER: 10/20/12; 11R/8M/4F, 5DT: 10/25/12, transfer of a 4AA and 3AB Blast. BFP on HPT 10/31/12; Beta #1: (16 DPO) 954! Beta #2: (18 DPO) 1968! First U/S: TWINS!! A/S: TWO BOYS! EDD: 7/13/13

My TTC Journey:
Dx: Hypothalamic amenorrhea
Progesterone to induce period w/ the goal of Clomid - never got period (September 2011). RE referral.
Femera - never responded to the meds (December 2011)
Clomid with TI - BFN (February 2012)
Injectables (Menopur) - hyperstimulated/canceled (March 2012)
Injectables #2 (Menopur) with TI- BFN (May 2012)
IVF - OHSS (transfer canceled), but 11 frozen! (June 1012)
FET - 1 transferred on 8/09/12. Beta#1 (11dp5dt): 350.3; Beta#2: 365; Beta#3: 157. Biochemical pregnancy.
FET # 2 - 1 transferred on 11/01/12. Beta#1 (11dp5dt): 337; Beta#2: 769. BFP!!! 1st ultrasound 11/28/12 showed heartbeat, but measuring 5 days behind. 2nd ultrasound 12/05/12 - miscarriage.
FET # 3 - 1 transferred on 1/24/13. Beta#1 (11dp5dt): BFN.
FET # 4 - 2 transferred on 3/28/13. Beta #1 (11dp5dt): 673; Beta #2: 1265. Just under 6 weeks - m/c at home. WTF appointment in late May.

Dx: anovulatory due to prolactinoma (1.5cmx 1.5cm in 2006)
April 2012: MRI- questionable cyst 8mg by 12mm in pituitary
referred to RE by Ob-gyn after amenorrhea x 4+ months, provera ineffective, low estrogen level
cycle 1: May 2012, clomid 50mg; cycle cancelled, thin lining, no response
cycle 2: June 2012, femara 5mg; cycle cancelled, no response
cycle 3: July 2012, femara 7.5mg; cycle cancelled (largest folli on Cd12 & cd 16: 11, lining 4)

Aug. 8: met with RE, move to injectables if HSG and SA normal
Aug. 23: HSG all clear; DH- perfect
Switched to a new RE in early Sept. IVF here we come
Genetic testing reveals: Fragile X- Intermediate risk/grey zone.
IVF#1: ER 11/30: 14 retrieved, 10 mature, 7 fertilized. E2 prior to trigger 5200. Decision made to freeze 6 embryos and transfer later due to OHSS.
IVF#1.2/FET #1: estrogen injects start 1/18, FET delayed to try to thicken lining. lining 5.4mm. FET- 2/18- transferred one 3AA expanded blast. BFP 5dp5dt. Beta #1- 2/27 9dp5dt- 102.27 beta #2 3/1: 147 :(, beta #3 3/4: 268 stop meds. #4: 269, #5 133, #6 72, still in beta hell. Beta 7 (3/25) 29.

Age:30 healthy DH: 32 DX Testicular CA '03(banked sperm) Reoccurance of Testicular CA '10 RPLD.TTC: 6/2012. _______________ 6/12 met with RE advised to go to straight IVF due to quality & amount of sperm banked. 6/26/12 day 3 work up & US~ normal. 7/3/2010 Sono~ Polyps. 8/21/12 DH: PEUS~ No retrograde sperm visible; low testosterone. 9/6/12 hysteroscopy/polyectomy~ Removed 2. Now waiting for next steps to start the process of IVF! November IVF Antagonist protocol/risk of OHSS. ER 11/13 17R/15M/12F ET 11/18 transferred 2 beautiful blasts. 5 frozen embies. Beta 11/27 BFN. IVF #1 June 2012 ~ praying this is the only one ER 6/13/12 - 13 ret, 7 fertilized, 7 progressing, ET 6/15/12, BFN & No freeze babies. Onto IVF #2 in October 2012. No, wait, body not cooperating. IVF #2 in November 2012 IVF #2 Began Provera in Sept to make me start. Never started. I O'd on my own??? 2 weeks of BCPs. Period. Baseline & Labs 10/25 Stims started 10/26 ~ 225 Follistim in the am. 150 Bravelle & 5 Lupron in pm. Trigger 11/4, ER 11/6, ET 11/9 - 2 great embies. 3 Freezebabies. Beta 11/23/2012 BFN. Now what??? I don't know if I can keep going? 1/2011 -- Lap and HSG reveal Stage IV Endo and both tubes blocked.
4/2012 -- Consult with RE for IVF#1 -- All bloodwork and SA are normal -- Repeat HSG - SURPRISE! Both tubes are open.
May, June, August 2012 -- IUI#1-3 -- Letrozole + Bravelle + Ovidrel trigger = BFN
9/2012 -- Lap#2 to remove endo and Hysteroscopy

IVF#1 (Long Lupron) -- 12/6 ER - 20R 11F * 12/11 ET - Transferred 2 excellent blasts *
Beta #1 79.7 * Beta #2 240 * It's a GIRL!!

IUI #2: 01/11 Gonal-F=HCG= Cancelled cycle, overstimulation. IUI take 2: Femera+Follistim+HCG= Cancelled cycle, 1 follicle. IVF #1 in progress. Stims start 10/20. ER 10/29. ET 11/3. Beta #1 11/12/12 489. Beta #2 11/14/12 1213. U/S #1 on 11/28 showed twins!! Baby A HB 174, Baby B 157. U/S on 12/12 showed Baby B stopped growing. :( Baby A still looks great. IVF #1 take 1 begins 8/6/12.
Surgery to remove uterine polyp 8/28/12 All clear!
Break due to Gallbladder Surgery 9/13/12.
IVF #1 Take 2 begins 9/7/12, Lupron begins 9/23/12
Stims begin 10/1/12 (150 Units of Bravelle and 75 Units of Menopur)
ER 10/15 12 eggs retreived, 12 mature and 8 fertilized on their own!
ET 10/20/12 Transferred 2 embies, 1 good and 1 fair extended blasts. 3 frosties waiting for us.
Beta #1 10/31 = 756 (11dp5dt)
Beta #2 11/2 = 1,310 (13dp5dt)
Beta #3 11/5 = 4,158 (16dp5dt)
First u/s 11/12 @ 6w = TWINS!! Both with heartbeats.
Next u/s 11/21 @ 7w3d = Both with heartbeats of 162 and 165.
Graduation Day 11/30 = Both babies looking perfect with heartbeats of 182 each.

That's awesome!!! Congrats! I'm still waiting to hear from the Dr. with my results which makes me even more nervous seeing as the test was done at 7 this morning and is it 1230 now.... H and H 9 months to you!!

Taking a cycle off to save uses due to HSG March/April 2012=BFN
2nd SA=Low Morph and Low Motility but better than the first
100mg Clomid and IUI #1 May 2012= BFN
Taking a cycle off to reduce some stress June 2012
July 2012 Clomid 150mg + Trigger + IUI #2 =BFFN
August 2012 Clomid 150mg + Trigger + IUI #3=BFN
September 2012- Break cycle waiting for RE
October 2012 IVF w/ICSI =BFP
10/22 ET- 13 Retrieved 11 Fertilized with ICSI, 10/25 ET- Transfered 2: 8 Cell Grade 3 Embryos, 5 Frosties waiting for us, Beta 11/5 , Beta #1- 150 Beta #2- 450 Progesterone 400 :) First ultrasound on Nov 26th!!- TWINS Baby A HB 143 and Baby B HB 128!! Graduated from the RE :)

Me: 31, PCOS (insulin resistance) TTC since 05/11. DH: 31 Great SA after multivitamins and diet improvements 6/25 IUI #1 cancelled IVF #1 w/ICSI on 8/23 CANCELLED due to ovulation. IVF #1.2 BFN 11/6 3 snowbabies. FET #1 12/20. Beta 12/31-BFFN FET #2 scheduled for 6/12. Everyone WELCOME!!
