How are you feeling about the election tomorrow?

My stomach hurts and my anxiety is crazy. I'm actually surprised that I'm this worked up over it but, unfortunately, I am.

I just really hope there is a decision tomorrow, and not November 17th. 

I'm a bit nervous, but I have some really good beer that I plan to finish up (before O'ing this month and calling it quits) and hopefully that will make the results go down better and/or help me sleep.

I'll be happy when it's over.  We've been getting about 4 - 5 political phone calls a day, every day, and it's rather annoying.  Everyone knows who they're voting for at this point.  A phone call isn't going to sway anyone.

I'm sort of in denial about it. I didn't think it would get this close. I'm also shocked (and kind of glad) we didn't see more mud-slinging in the past couple of weeks. I was expecting to hear about Bill Ayers/long-form birth certificates again and to get an in-depth look into Mormonism. 
I promise to never forget that this little dude deserves just as much love after the baby comes as he has now.

We have a marriage amendment here in MN on the ballot tomorrow that I am pretty worried about.  There have been some insane scare tactic commercials lately.. a la "you think gay marriage wont affect you? WRONG!  They will teach gay sex to your kindergartener!"

It's horrible and untrue.  Hoping my state makes the right decision tomorrow.

11/12: Dx: Congenital Bilateral Absense of the Vas Deferens.
Genetic Testing needed as this is a mutation of Cystic Fibrosis.
IVF #1 with ICSI planned for 2013.
PAIF/SAIF welcome!

I guess we're all sick of the ads and the calls and that crap, but there's a lot riding on this election (even on a local level here in MN) and that's not something I can just brush off.

I'm in MN, too and I am super nervous about this. Every time that commerical comes on I want to throw my remote through my TV.

I'm a lot more informed this election. Last election I was one of those college kids that followed the crowd and "liked" Obama before I really knew what he was about. It didn't help that I was infatuated with him after I met him when he was still senator (because, you know, him talking was like the angels singing).

I'm kind of excited for tomorrow, I suppose.

I saw this ad up here last night in Canada!! (Sometimes we get local commercials for certain states - dunno' why).  Coming from a country that has already declared gay marriage constitutional it really disturbs me that this is still something being voted on in many states.  SIGH.

 I'm totally on the edge of my seat for this election.  My DH's family lives in NJ and most of them apparently will be voting by email (like DH had to do for his absentee ballot).  I just hope that most people still get out to the polls despite the chaos.

I'm a ball of nerves. I don't know if I'll be able to watch the coverage.

Last election, I was in Italy, and my DH was so nice and stayed up late watching CNN with me even though we were 7 hours ahead. He eventually went to sleep, but I stayed up soooooo late.

This year, I think I might try some melatonin so I can get some sleep.

We have a marriage amendment in Washington too, only it's pro-gay marriage. BUT, we also have that asinine commercial and it infuriates me to no end. I don't know about the rest of you, but we never taught marriage in school and I was a flucking Catholic school teacher!

I voted last week, so I am ready for this sh!t to be over already. My state reps mud-slinging has made me hate all of the candidates, and I don't think I can take one more night of commercials. I may have to go TV-less tonight!
