Getting ready for IVF#2!

So AF started over the weekend and I've started on bcp today.  Talked to the RE and we have scheduled by endometrial biopsy for 11/19 and then I'll go in for my baseline u/s on 11/29 with stims to start probably on 11/30 and ER/ET sometime around 12/10 - 12/15!!

IUIs 1-3 = BFFN :(
IVF #1 - Sept 2012 = BFFN :(
IVF #2 - Dec 2012 = BFP!! EDD 9/4/2013
Beta #1 = 107, Beta #2 = 4,650!! U/S 1/15/2013

Age:30 healthy DH: 32 DX Testicular CA '03(banked sperm) Reoccurance of Testicular CA '10 RPLD.TTC: 6/2012. _______________ 6/12 met with RE advised to go to straight IVF due to quality & amount of sperm banked. 6/26/12 day 3 work up & US~ normal. 7/3/2010 Sono~ Polyps. 8/21/12 DH: PEUS~ No retrograde sperm visible; low testosterone. 9/6/12 hysteroscopy/polyectomy~ Removed 2. Now waiting for next steps to start the process of IVF! November IVF Antagonist protocol/risk of OHSS. ER 11/13 17R/15M/12F ET 11/18 transferred 2 beautiful blasts. 5 frozen embies. Beta 11/27 BFN. HSG Left clear Right slow to clear but cleared
One cycle of monitored Clomid 50mg Feb 2012 =BFN
Taking a cycle off to save uses due to HSG March/April 2012=BFN
2nd SA=Low Morph and Low Motility but better than the first
100mg Clomid and IUI #1 May 2012= BFN
Taking a cycle off to reduce some stress June 2012
July 2012 Clomid 150mg + Trigger + IUI #2 =BFFN
August 2012 Clomid 150mg + Trigger + IUI #3=BFN
September 2012- Break cycle waiting for RE
October 2012 IVF w/ICSI =BFP
10/22 ET- 13 Retrieved 11 Fertilized with ICSI, 10/25 ET- Transfered 2: 8 Cell Grade 3 Embryos, 5 Frosties waiting for us, Beta 11/5 , Beta #1- 150 Beta #2- 450 Progesterone 400 :) First ultrasound on Nov 26th!!- TWINS Baby A HB 143 and Baby B HB 128!! Graduated from the RE :)

Genetic carrier screening negative (CF, Fragile X, SMA, Tay Sachs)
Karyotyping, autoimmune & thrombophilia panels all normal
IVF#3 (DE); 13R, 12M, 8F; 5dt of two “excellent quality” blasts = BFP
