I'm dealing with the same thing... Here are two things that have helped me....

Taking a nap in my car.  I know it's a little cold out now (depending on where you're located), but you can put a blanket and a pillow in your backseat, and set your alarm for 30 mins... That cat-nap will really help you out.

Also, eat snacks all day long... Fruit, or pretzels, or anything that will keep your blood sugar level up, will help you not to crash.

If all else fails, you can have 2 caffeine drinks/day. I suggest tea with honey.

I've been having terrible insomnia at night and so after lunch time at work I struggle to stay awake.  I often actually fall asleep at my desk and we have a 'cubicle' environment so anyone can walk buy and see me drooling on my keyboard.  I usually get up and take a 5 minute walk every 30 minutes.

With my first pregnancy I was so tired all the time that I went to bed at 6pm everynight and I was still tired all day. But get lots of rest and this shall pass.

Please forgive my typos! I'm not as dumb as my iphone would like you to believe :)

My problem with the tiredness is that I have so many things to do (outside of work) and none of them are getting done because all I do is sleep or watch TV. I have barely enough energy to do the basic things like dishes and because we just moved into a new house we still have so many things to put away and I just can't muster up the energy to it or read any baby books which is another thing on my list. I am feeling like I am not going to be ready for this baby at allI Any tips on getting things done at home?

I am right there with you on that too. soooo lazy on getting stuff done as well. all of my fellow friends have told me, just to relax in the first trimester, that i will have plenty of time to read books and get stuff done. there is some days i find myself to  have more energy to do things, so i try to use those days to get as much as i possibly can done and just let some things sit on the other days.

This! I had one day last week where I was Super Laundry mom! And now... there is still a stack of clothes on my coffee table waiting for another feel good day to put them up. I just slide them over with my foot during the day so I can watch tv, curl up, and be miserable.
