Estradiol question

My estradiol came back at 45 today after on stims for 3 days my nurse is upping my follitism dose and wants me to come in on Thurs for B/W U/S. I am so worried about my response she said she was looking for a level around 150! Now I'm scared I wont have many eggs for retrieval. Any word of wisdom will help.
TTC since 9/10 consult 1/12 All testing came back fine Diagnosed with Unexplained infertility All treatments OOP 3 medicated IUI's All BFN IVF - ER 11/14 24R, 15M, 13F ET 11/19, BETA 11/28 BFFN --Next step FET in Jan ET scheduled for 1/24. Beta #1 350 Beta #2 735. U/S Hell. miscarriage D&C at 9weeks. FET #2 ET 5/28 Beta 6/6. Everyone welcome Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Don't freak out.  If its only day 3 of stims you still have lots of time for things to catch up.

TTC since 2006 3 Fertility Clinics Test, Pills & Injectables....oh my. Numerous failed IUI's 7 or 8 or more? IVF #1 June 2012 ~ praying this is the only one ER 6/13/12 - 13 ret, 7 fertilized, 7 progressing, ET 6/15/12, BFN & No freeze babies. Onto IVF #2 in October 2012. No, wait, body not cooperating. IVF #2 in November 2012 IVF #2 Began Provera in Sept to make me start. Never started. I O'd on my own??? 2 weeks of BCPs. Period. Baseline & Labs 10/25 Stims started 10/26 ~ 225 Follistim in the am. 150 Bravelle & 5 Lupron in pm. Trigger 11/4, ER 11/6, ET 11/9 - 2 great embies. 3 Freezebabies. Beta 11/23/2012 BFN. Now what??? I don't know if I can keep going? Medications and dosing depends on your response, which is why they have you come in so often for ultrasounds and bloodwork. Try to take comfort in the fact they increased your dosage and hope to see a better response on Thursday.  You have plenty of time for those follicles to grow--good luck!

I know it is much easier said than done, but try to relax. This past cycle my E2 had only gone up from 10 at baseline to 28 after 3 days of stims. They kept increasing my dose and my E2 continued to rise, just a little slower than others. I hope this new dose does the trick for you!

Agree with PPs.  It's really just to help them guide your medication.  Mine was lower than they wanted the first draw.  By the end it was higher than they wanted.  Just keep your hands inside the car while on the roller coaster.
