If I am ku since I am still on probation for my new job and I'm only parttime, can my boss decide to fire me? May sound stupid but I really need this job and I really love it.
Your chart is not convincing. I don't even believe your dotted CH, honestly. They can't fire you, but they sure don't have to promote you or hold your job since you don't qualify for FMLA.
ETA: If you're on a probationary period, all they have to say is that it's not working out and let you go. If you truly love the job and need it, then I'm not sure that the time to get pregnant is during a probationary period.
