skins so dry.. suggestions to lotions or body washes?

Ever since i've been pregnant i've had really bad dry skin. normally in the winter it gets slightly dry.. but i just got out of the shower and my skin is flaky.. ect. and whenever i put moisturizer on i end up getting acne. I cant find a balance. Is there any good moisturizers or body washes that you recommend that gives lots of hydration, but wont clog my pores?? im watching HSN right now, and tempted to buy some of this perlier body wash cream... but its 30$. lol

I have not changed my skin care regimen, I still use the same facial toner and moisturizer, however, I put on a little bit more than usual. I love Dior Capture Totale line.

For my body, instead of soap I have been using a body wash from Bath & Body and then use a body lotion from Costco, Kirkland lotion made with 100% plant extract.

Then you really need to talk to a dermatologist because Cetaphil is specifically non-comedogenic (doesn't clog pores) and is fragrance free.  I'm not sure you can get any more gentle than that.

Try to find something without Lanolin as an ingredient - it can irritate sensitive skin (particularly if you're sensitive to wool). I've had good luck with Lubriderm's unscented lotions.

Get some coconut oil and whip it with a hand mixer until it becomes a cream.

Cetaphil.

I had dry/sensitive skin pre-pregnancy and used Cetaphil cream. Unfortunately for me, my pregnant skin isn't even relieved by that anymore. I tried Jergens oatmeal crema yesterday and it worked ok, better than Cetaphil. The best thing I've used for my skin lately has been 100% butters like shea.

Last night I had a bath and put skin so soft from avon in it. I didn't even need to put lotion on afterwards. Last pregnancy I useto put it on my loufa with my body wash. It works wonders!

Gold Bond.  That stuff is awesome.  No promises it won't break you out, though...

ETA: Oh, and those moisturizing bath salt things.  I apologize for being too lazy to walk to my bathroom so I can tell you what brand they are, but I get them at WalMart in a box for maybe around $2?  A soak in those makes my skin feel wonderful, and they smell pretty good, too.  They can make your bathtub pretty slippery though.

Try Johnsons baby oil right out of a warm shower or bath, then wrap up in a thick, comfy robe and allow oil to absorb. This makes my skin so soft Johnsons baby products are super mild so hopefully won't irritate sensitive skin.

I was told Walmart has it. My mil gets it there. I was gonna get some yesterday but I forgot BC DS was getting cranky. Its supposed to help prevent and minimize stretch marks.
