baby wont let me put him down...

so pretty much since yesterday afternoon LO is either wanting to BF or cry. He slept ok last night but was what seemed like cluter fed from like noon until 8pm last night and has been doing the same thing since about 3pm today. Poor husband cant even hold him because every time I try to hand little one to hubby he starts rooting and crying. he will fall asleep on me as long as he is near the boob and occasionally will take a little snack but once hes asleep if i try to lay him down he either wakes right up or shortly there after. he is 2 weeks 2 days...is he really just starving due to growing? I cant think of anything in the world that is "wrong" but he is just unhappy unless he is near mommys boob! anyone else have experience with this? this must be why they say you wont get anything done after the baby comes..haha all I can do is sit with him attached to the boob ha

That's a newborn for you.  If you have a carrier, like an Ergo or Bjorn, put the LO in there and you can have your arms back.

Yup. Sounds like our DS. LO slept inside you for 9 months. You are the only thing familiar to him, anything else is unfamiliar and scary. Like PP said, carriers are your best friend. I love our bjorn and moby. I can actually get things done when using it.

All I can say is.. I wish I had a Moby during those first months.
