Disneyland

What age would you take your LO to Disneyland? Also what age can the ride the kid rides? Itching for a baby vacation! Obviously I am jumping the gun since she is only 2 months old but I'm a super planner! Ha!

Go now if you want to. We went to DW w/ DDs last December. DD2 was 3.5 months old...so easy! Unless there is a height restriction, babies can go on everything. Literally it was the roller coasters and a few others she couldn't go on.

We are big Disney fans, so our trips aren't once in a lifetime. Under 3 is free, so I'd totally take advantage of that when possible.

Um...what else. Go! As long as you adjust your expectations and go prepared it will be awesome! Most nights we put the girls into their PJs after dinner and went to whatever park we wanted, they passed out in the stroller and slept though all kinds of stuff while we enjoyed ourselves.

We were planning on going next summer since my sister was going to be getting married in Vegas.  However...the wedding is no more.  We were debating on going to Disneyland anyway, but the trip would cost us about $4000.

Ds1 would love it so much, but I just thought it was too much to spend with ds2 only being 11 months old.

A lot of the rides had a height requirement to ride.  We do eventually want to go, but I will wait Neil my youngest is 3 years old.

~after 34 cycles we finally got our 2nd little bundle of joy~

We love Disney as well and live in Vegas so it's a close drive. Also, how do they know if the kid is 3 or not? I don't want to be dishonest but $80 seems like a lot to pay for a 3 year old.

I would go.  We will be going with DD when she is 5 months.  DH and I go at least once year, and from what I've read it's easier to go now rather than 1-2 years old because they aren't mobile.  I know baby won't remember but DH and I will, and we want those memories. There are plenty of rides that you can go on with the baby, but unfortunately not the "fun" ones- rollercoasters, etc. There are plenty of Disney forums online that will give you tips for going with a newborn.

I can't remember if they as for the birth certificate or not, thought I would support them if they did.

If you don't want to be dishonest, don't. If your kid is 3, pay. Yes it's a lot, but if you can't afford it or don't want to pay it, don't go.

Is $80 the one day price for a 3-9 ticket or a 10+ ticket? They are different. You also get a better deal if you buy a multi-day pass.

Totally agree! Plus my kid is already tall so she's going to look older than she is anyways.
