Physical therapy! My DH had to stay home when I was pregnant with DD because I could not move but after a couple of sessions I was back to my old self. I did the exercises religiously until I delivered DD.

Massage therapist that specializes in prenatal massage. Mine is an angel. If you think it's sciatica it more than likely is.

I have it something fierce. I did at the end of my last pregnancy too. There's these things called miracle balls and they're, well.... Miraculous. They have pregnancy specific ones with a boom of different stretches and exercises, some specifically for sciatic nerve pain. They've been amazing Nd I have it bad. My legs have given out when I've been walking three times now and I have a hard time getting up or rolling over from laying down the pain is so bad.

Just so you don't get your hopes up, the only thing that gets rid of it is giving birth. Yay. I've had it since I was 10 weeks along. Sitting too long is bad, but so is standing/walking too long. You have to find a happy medium. At night while DH and I are watching TV I get up during all the commercial breaks and stretch or walk into the kitchen and back, just to keep it from getting bad. I've tried massage, which made it worse for me, and I've been to the chiro, but those are both temporary (possibly expensive) fixes anyway. When it's really bad I lay in bed with an icepack under my butt. Tylenol helps when it's so bad that I'm in tears, but that's the only time I allow myself any medication. I'm really not sure how I will walk once I'm in third tri. Good luck.

Frequent walking and a prenatal massage. I deal with sciatica a lot and walking is the best thing when I am in pain, even though it is the last thing I want to do. The prenatal massage really helped it stay away for a while.
