i started with massive hip pain at 5 months... im 30 weeks now and it has only gotten worse. I sleep with a fluffy pillow under my butt so when i roll side to side at night it helps cushion the hips. I have also recently invested in a long body pillow as well. I do not sleep much as the pain and constant tossing and turning keep me awake at night.. i generally get 3-4 hours of straight sleep. the rest of the time i'm wide awake. I hope I can get back to a better sleep schedule after baby comes.
I feel like I haven't slept at all in these 30 weeks!
