This is the name I heard in a store on the weekend - for a little girl, she was about the same age as DD.
I'm not sure what I think of it.
What say you, Baby Names Board?
If you like nature then raise your child with a love for nature. You don't have to name it after a tree. And if you do need to go that step than at least pick something impressive and majestic.

It has an appealing sound and I think it's a bit sweet.

I had a childhood friend named Cedar. I LOVED her, so of course I have a good association with it.
I would totally MN spot Cedar. It's NMS as a FN.
