It's normal. I was like that too during the first tri. That and a few bites of food I'd almost fall asleep if get so tired lol. You'll more than likely want food later on. And I mean a lot lol.
Dinner tonight was the first full meal I haven't forced myself to eat in over a week. Just try small snacks throughout the day, get enough fluids, and make sure to take your vitamins.
Also, I find avoiding strong-smelling foods helps a little. Sometimes, I'm hungry, get myself some food, then get a whiff of something (like someone else's onion rings), and lose my appetite. Bland food might be your friend for awhile.
