Opinions on this girl name...

A friend just named her baby girl Holland.

It's a family name (last name i'm assuming), she has a family name as her first name and wanted to keep the tradition.

I actually like it a lot, it has grown on me in the last month.

I think it's cute. A little different but not crazy. They could always call her Holly if they wanted to be a bit more mainstream.

Uhhh, it's a country. I wouldn't name my child Germany or Japan or United Arab Emirates. Although, Holland is a pretty awesome country. Keukenhof is amazing!

Iris Wilhelmina is healthy and perfect and beautiful!

I don't know if I'd use that as a criteria given that Britain, Ireland, and China are used as names. (not necessarily my style of name, but names nonetheless)
