I had the CVS instead, but I was told if the results were fine the genetic counselor would call and if the results were abnormal our MW would decide who would call. In the end the results were abnormal and teh MW called. I appreciated it that way becuase she knows me and was so much more comforting.
I think each practice has different procedures. You could call your practice and see what the policy is.
